NOTE AND NOVEL EXCERPT 1
Note: From now on, I will be again posting excerpts from my novel (which I am re-writing). The difference is this: It may or may not be in order, and it will only be bits and pieces of the story. For now, here's your first taste of the reworking of the novel, Finding Myself. Excerpt: The ship's engines roared as the docking board was pulled off the ground outside, coming into the ship, a wall forming around the empty area that was originally said board's opening. An invisible shield could be heard forming outside around the ship as it heightened itself away from the Earth's surface. Hearing the loud ruckus of the engines, Miyu and Joseph immediately made their way outside the control room, finding themselves staring at the ground, which now looked like a large, colorful palette. Looking at each other, then at the ground again, they were soon unable to see the ground. Acceleration of the ship peaked, and soon they were deep in the vast void known as space.
